Be Careful of Commercial Market

Legal and General have warned brokers to be careful before moving into the commercial mortgage market. The commercial market went into rapid reverse during the second half of 2007 but was now back to a more normal value.

Brokers should made detailed researches before going into this market, as it could prove difficult for them to move forward. Positive returns of property were expected during the second half of 2008.

Commercial Mortgage Solutions Director stated that is another string to brokers bows and should be considered but returns may take a while to show. Others say although it can be a complicated area it is worth looking in to.
